Originally Charlies Showcases, Barbara Howell took over the family woodworking business after her husband's serious illness left him unable to work in the shop. Howell, renamed the business, Southern Ladies Showcases honoring her daughter and granddaughters that worked with her making wooden display cases for collectibles and collections.
